International alternative networks are noncommercial organizations that aim to improve the quality of information and media in their countries. As distinct from imperialist electric power structures, which could be internally controlled as non-commercial, self-sufficient groups seeking to bring marketing into the 21st century. The first tasks were launched in 1990 and have expanded to include other media, such as online video tutorials. In contrast to traditional mass media these networks aren’t concentrated, but instead function as a series of national and local-regional links between individuals.

These groups promote their ideas by organizing videos reform campaigns and democratizing information to the benefit of all. They also create new communication infrastructures that can be used for local, regional and worldwide connection change parts in relation to social modify movements. They differ in size, type, and focus. WCNs are a form of alternative network composed of wifi-enabled devices. They communicate to send information from one node to the next.

These systems aren’t one single thing however they share some characteristics. One of these is the desire to provide Internet access to places that traditional networks are unavailable or are not preferred. This article examines the legal and economic issues that these alternative networks have to face as well as governance issues. It draws lessons from eight previous precedents. It provides a definition of these networks and proposes a classification. It is aimed at broadening the scope of critical reflections on alternative media and communication infrastructure while taking into consideration the complexity and heterogeneity of their activities.
